How/where do i input information regarding a business vehicle purchase?

You would enter the vehicle purchase as an Asset. You will find the Asset entry section under the Deductions tab, and then the heading Depreciation of Assets. See sample screenshot attached.

To enter the vehicle purchase, follow the instructions on the screens for large purchase/asset entry.
