I have to file 2 state returns (res and non res). Non res is WI. I am doing Non res WI first.
I have bank interest income on my federal return. Only small part of the interest income is from non-res WI.
When I go through my non-res WI return, Turbotax automatically put interest income under WI 1NPR line 2 B.
How do I remove or update the interest amount on WI 1NPR line 2 B?
I don't see any adjusted income or interest question for this part.
Thanks

If you are a Wisconsin nonresident, you do not allocate interest income to Wisconsin- it is considered state source income to your resident state.
But my husband live in apartment of WI all the year. We both declare GA as residence and WI as non-residence. He made some interest income in WI.
When I first do WI, the whole interest income from both GA and WI are transferred to WI. So I want to update it.
But there's no entry to let me make changes.
Do you how to remove interest income from WI?
Sorry, I misunderstood the original question. I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:
TurboTax Online:
TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:
*(If using a MAC, go to the menu at the top of the screen, select Help, then, “Send Tax File to Agent”)
Do you need me to share only WI or (Fed + WI + GA) tax file?
If share all three , so I need to manually delete personal information from each of Fed , WI , GA?
You would share all three tax returns.
You do not need to delete any personal information. TurboTax software generates a copy of your tax returns with no personal information, only numbers so that an agent can troubleshoot in depth and check for calculation issues.
