Does it act like it is taking your User ID and password and logging in, but then as soon as you enter does it return you to the log-in screen? If so, try a different browser, and see if that makes any difference.
If it's acting like the User ID and/or password are invalid, and you can't log in at all, then we can tell you how to check to be sure you don't have multiple Intuit accounts. Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it.

It's like the first situation, it seems to allow me to login (I get a text code to enter from my phone) and the "color swirl" appears for a few seconds - then I am back at the sign-in home screen where it says above the username field "That doesn't look like you Mint user id. Try ******" This is frustrating since it appears I can use the same Intuit user ID for each service, so I don't understand the error.
I tried several different browsers on different devices, same results on each - not specific to my browser or platform.
