how to transfer info from 2023 online version to 2024 desktop?

When you start a New Tax Return using the 2024 desktop editions the program will look for prior year files on your computer. On the transfer screen, click on the button labeled Import From TurboTax Online.

You will be required to sign onto your 2023 online account with the User ID and Password you used to create the 2023 account.
