Form 1099 S is not a form that can be imported into Turbo Tax.You need to enter it manually. See the article below for guidance on where to enter it.

Estimated payment can be entered into Turbo Tax as follows:

To enter estimated payments into your 2016 tax return for payments you made with your 1040ES vouchers:

Select Federal Taxes
Select Deductions and Credits
Scroll down and select show more at Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Select Start at Estimates
