If you haven't paid your TurboTax fees you can delete your state return. Review the TurboTax article How do I delete my state return in TurboTax Online? for more information.

If you’ve already paid for your state tax return, you can’t delete it but you can start over. Select Start Over next to your state tax return on the Status of your state returns screen.
