How to see the follow-up message from turbotax live

I received a follow up message from CPA that helped me... the instructions were to sign in...which I did but I can't see where I find messages.

I filed for an extension for 2025 taxes on April 15 and made a payment through TurboTax. I got a message my extension was accepted but I don't the status on the iOS app
