How to report section 1256 contracts losses

Last year was my first time trading SPX contracts and had aggregate loss on these contracts. I bought and sold SPX calls and puts on the same day. What should I select on the following pages? And would I have to enter each individual transactions?

If you have gains or losses on contracts they will be reported on your 1099-B lines 8-11,perhaps on a separate 1099-B.

Use Form 6781.

Otherwise, it will look like an option trade ; you report on Form 8949 as usual.
