How to prevent federal data to transfer to state data? I would like to enter state data manually?

The data in Federal return could not be transferred to state correctly. I started over state return a couple of times. How do I enter the data to state return manually?

In Turbo Tax you enter almost everything under the Federal side. What is not transferring to the state right? If you have the Desktop program you can go to Forms and override the amounts but you won't be able to efile state if you did that.
