How to ONLY e-file an amended state tax return

I want to ONLY e-file my amended 2020 MI state tax return but the 1040X (amended federal tax return) is still attached when I view it as a pdf before submitting.

I referenced the articles below but they cannot help.

I also ensured that the amended federal tax return and my amended MN state tax return were set to "file later," and my MI state tax return was the ONLY one "ready to e-file." However, the 1040X was still attached. What do I do? How can I ONLY e-file my amended MI state tax return?
