Yes, you can move a 2025 PDF from TurboTax Desktop to the Online version.
When I sign into my online account, then choose Tax Tools, then Tools, this is what I get:
C Tools Center
Topic Search × My Fees
Other helpful links ...
· View Tax Summary
. Clear & Start Over
· Delete a form
.Transfer last year's TurboTax return from your computer
. File an extension
. Share my file with Agent
This platform doesn't allow pasting pics so text only. I tried transfer last year's Turbo Tax return from your computer and that just brings me back to 2025 taxes from the beginning. There is no Upload Documents option. It appears that the online version is completely separate from the desktop version. But, if I can add my 2025 Tax Return desktop version to the on line platform it would be helpful. If not, I keep all my returns stored in a separate location.

And this one. There is a new navigation
Thanks for trying. This is only to upload and/or extract documents that are used to fill in the tax return (w-2's, 1099s, etc.). It will not accept a PDF tax return, unfortunately. The platforms are very klunky. May look at other tax return platform options.
Again, thanks for trying to help! The link provided is only for the online platform; it cannot be used for the desktop version. In fact, I keep getting regular emails from Turbo Tax "reminding" me to file my return. I filed with Turbo Tax desktop at the end of January. The online version does not recogize taxes are already filed (even received an email the next day that IRS accepted the desktop version return). Kind of annoying to get a daily reminder when taxes were filed a month and a half ago.
IF you log into that Online tax account.
...then lower down in the left window there is a selection for your "Intuit Account".
....click on that...and in that Intuit Account , the "Preferences" section allows you to turn off most everything.
(In the past, I kept a couple select items....I can turn them off in the future if needed, but I rarely get anything anymore...so I'm leaving my selections as-is)
