How to get credit card payment page to load?

For Windows computers: When you hit the button to pay by credit card, Turbotax brings a browser page to the front of your screen. As you have discovered, the payment page is not there. So, minimize the browser or go to the task bar and click on the Turbotax software. Bring Turbotax to the front of your screen and the payment page will be there. It will not be in the browser, it will instead be in a window in Turbotax.

It appears you are using the Turbo Tax Online program, so it should all be loading in the browser. I would suggest following the instructions here to clear your cache.
