Were you under the age of 27 and on your parent's insurance ?   Could you have had marketplace insurance for any part of 2021?   When the IRS rejects the return with that code it means they believe you should have a 1095-A to report .... so either call them   www.healthcare.gov  or paper file without it and add a note saying you never had ACA Marketplace insurance.
