How to fix Reject Code SEIC-F1040-506-04 when TurboTax tells me that I've corrected all errors?

I'm getting Reject Code SEIC-F1040-506-04. But when I go to Tax Home > Fix My Return, TurboTax tells me that I've corrected everything and that it's ok to file. Then the IRS rejects it and it starts all over again. Not sure what to do
