How to find "Did you have a situation that waives the tax penalty for being uninsured?" screen? I selected the months where myself and my dependent were uninsured.

If you have not filed, here are the steps (online):

• After sign back into your account, select take me to my return
• From above, select Health Insurance
• On the screen, "Did you all have health insurance coverage in 2018?" select "I'll pick who had it and which months".
• Next screen, "Select the months each of you had health insurance in 2018" select your months
• Next screen, "Did anyone have a situation that waives the tax penalty for being uninsured?"

I guess theres some bug because I'm not seeing the situation that waives tax penalty screen after I select the months each had insurance. I'm using Deluxe online
