We operate the business as partnership and have been using Turbotax Business (Partnerships, Corporations, LLCs) for one year now. Our home address is in the state of Missouri.
In 2021, we traveled and sold our merchandises in the special events in several states, such as Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Tennessee, Georgia, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Alabama and a little bit more. We visited some of these states one or two times last year. (Believe it or not, we participated only few events in our home State, Missouri. ) Each time, we collected the sales tax and remitted them to each state's Department of Revenue. As of today, all of the sales tax that we collected from the customers to all of the States had been remitted to the proper authorities.
We used SQUARE, Inc., the third party collection for processing all credit card payment. The payment would include the prices of items plus State sales tax. We received the 1099-K Form from Square, which included all incomes and taxes collected as well.
Our questions:
1. Since we had already collected and remitted all of the required sales tax to each state, after the special event ended, do we still need to purchase the Partnership filing for each State in TurboTax business for filing? Our concern that we have is -> we do not have their state Tax ID number for filing. We have only the FEIN from the IRS. (Our instinct says No because we had already fulfilled our obligations on remitting all of the sales taxes collected.)
2. The revenue reported in our 1099-K form from Square, is for the entire 2021 on all States combined. If we purchase additional1065 Form (Turbotax) for our home State, Missouri, the actual revenue reported will be totally incorrect. (We had already filed the sales tax for the state of Missouri. ) Question is -> do we still need to purchase and file the 1065 Partnership Income for the State of Missouri?
Ex. If overall revenue figures for 2021 is $10K (for all states) and our revenue in Missouri is $2K, will the Turbotax Form 1065 for the State of Missouri, uses $10K or $2K figure to report the revenue? (We remitted the sales tax collected and reported the revenue using the number of $2K (as example). )
We plan to use line 14 of form 1065 to report all taxes collected. We do not have much issues on the Federal side. However, our main concern is more related to the State filing. That's all.

The Business product isn't for state sales tax returns. It's for federal and state income tax returns.
You might want to know that the partnership COULD have INCOME TAX liability in the states where it did business. So you should check the filing requirements for the states where sold your merchandise.
You have a complicated tax life.
On your federal return you will deduct all of the sales tax that you paid as an expense so that you don't pay income tax on what you collected.
Then, like @M-MTax said, you need to do a little research. You need to check if any of the states where you sold have income tax rules that require you to file a state non-resident income tax return for festival and event sales. (The vast majority only require sales tax, which you have already collected.) If any of the states require that you file a non-resident income tax return then you will prepare that right after your federal return, before you do your Missouri return. If none of the other states do then you'll do your return just in Missouri. You will have already deducted your sales tax and Missouri is going to tax you - for income tax purposes - as though everything you sold was sold at a storefront in Missouri. If you had to pay taxes to any other state though, you will get a deduction for that.
At the end of the day the most difficult part of all of this is the sales tax rules and you already handled that.
