How to file NY state return after paper-filing federal return?

Hi,

I have to paper-file my federal return because I'm claiming US/China tax treaty exemption and need to mail a 8833 form (which is not supported in the e-filing system of TurboTax). Now I can't find a way to file my NY state return. The NY state requires e-filing but TurboTax does not allow e-filing state return when federal return is paper-filed. What should I do? Thanks!

Where to file
If enclosing a payment (check or money order with
Form IT-201-V), mail your return to:
STATE PROCESSING CENTER
PO BOX 15555
ALBANY NY 12212-5555
If not enclosing a payment, mail your return to:
STATE PROCESSING CENTER
PO BOX 61000
ALBANY NY 12261-0001

of the U.S. Postal Service to file your return, see
