How to file as head of household without adding a dependent

I spoke to my accountant for my work and they said that I can file as head of household as long as I have the persons name and social but when I try to do it on TurboTax I have to add them as a dependent

How to file as head of household without adding a dependent

Go into the Personal Info section of Turbo Tax and select 0 for the number of months that your dependent lived with you.
