How to File a second Amendment to my 2021 Tax Return

I just need a good customer service number so i can sign on and get live help as i work on correcting the return. should be simple but i cant figure it out since i already filed one amendment. I don't owe money . I just need to correct. Please help

I am wondering how to call intuit when I am ready. When i have had a number in the past it did not work in" my area" 

I pray when i sit down at computer and call them at [phone number removed] or [phone number removed] it will work. I don't know if the account recovery link will work but i will try.
