How to enter estimated taxes paid?

When I click on update to enter Federal Estimated Taxes paid I get a blank screen. It doesn't let me enter the amount paid. I get the same blank when attempting to enter Personal Property Taxes. Turbo Tax is not working properly. How can you fix this?
