If TurboTax is not letting you select your credit card expiration month, to fix this try using your keyboard instead of a mouse: click the dropdown, use the arrow keys or mouse scroll wheel to highlight the month, and press the Enter key, rather than clicking it.
Some other things you can try:
- If using TurboTax Desktop, select Check for Updates under the Online or TurboTax menu to ensure you have the latest update. If you are using TurboTax Online clear your browser's cache & cookies. - Restart your browser.
- Try using Chrome or Firefox as a browser.
- Open a new browser session in Incognito/Private Mode
- Log out of your account, close the software completely, and log back in
