If you need to edit Estimated Taxes that you paid for 2018, you can do so by taking the following steps: 

1.) Federal

2.) Deductions & Credits

3.) Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

4.) Estimated Tax Payments

On this next screen, you can select whether you'd like to edit your Federal, your State or your Local estimated taxes paid.
