how to downgrade product for turbotax business?

How do I downgrade my turbo tax online product? online sources say on the left menu select "Switch Products" but this option is not available.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2024 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

If you want Turbotax Business (for S-corps, partnerships, and multi-member LLCs), the only online options seem to be Live Assistance and Full Service.  If you don't want assistance, you can buy the program as a download to install on your own computer.

If you need Turbotax personal program, and you don't need a schedule C for a small business, once you have upgraded to a higher level, you usually have to "clear and start over" to reset to the free version.
