If your bank is not listed as an import partner, you will not be able to connect to it. Make sure your financial institution or brokerage firm is a TurboTax 1099 partner (scroll down and select the 1099/1098 Partners tab).
If you cannot import, you can always enter your Forms 1099 manually.
