Nothing I could give you for entering home office expenses would help you in TurboTax Canada, unfortunately. This is the US forum. In the US, employees are not allowed to claim any employee expenses, including a home office. This was eliminated in 2017 with TCJA.
You need to contact TurboTax Canada.
