Did you file your return (i.e., print and mail it)?
If so, you can file Form 8822 to change your address.
Did YOU put a printed copy of your tax return into an envelope and mail it yourself? TurboTax does not mail your tax return, so if you did not mail it then it has not even been filed at all. If in fact you mailed it in, and requested that your refund be issued as a check mailed to the address on your tax return, then you absolutely need to file a change of address with the IRS so that they have the right mailing address.
If you did not actually file the return yet, you can change your address in My Info and put the right address on the tax form before you mail it in. Or you could still try to e-file it IF you did not even mail it in yet.
Please explain what you did when you "filed" the return. How did you file? Mailed returns are taking 6 to 9 months to be processed by the IRS so if you only mailed it in April they might not have even opened your envelope yet.
To change your address now with the IRS --- but this takes weeks --

If you were getting direct deposit for your refund, you cannot change banking information after you file. The IRS does not allow it. So if you close your bank account when you move you will have a problem getting your refund, and it will be complicated by your change of address.
