What part of it do you want to cancel? Do you want to just get rid of the LIVE part (the CPA/EA tax expert help and review of your return) and use regular Deluxe, or do you want to cancel Deluxe, too? What edition do you want to ultimately use? Is your return still in the preparation stage?
I want to cancel the deluxe
With such little information to go on, it's not clear what your plans are. Are you trying to say you want to use one of the free products, or are you trying to say that you don't wish to use TurboTax? So this answer will tell you about the 2 free products. You might be able to use one of them. However, if you choose Free Edition and it can't handle something, it would ask you to upgrade to Deluxe again, or higher, depending on the item.
TurboTax has 2 free products, but you are not in one of them. You appear to be using Live Deluxe Edition, which is a paid version with help and review by a CPA/EA tax expert.
NOTE: If you haven't already paid, you may be able to change editions. If you have already paid/filed, then the following will not apply.
The regular Free Edition is for very simple returns and not everyone can use it. Certain forms are not available in Free Edition and require an upgrade to Deluxe, such as one of Schedules 1-3, itemized deductions, education credits, student loan interest, retirement savers credit, Child and Dependent Care credit, etc. Did you start in Free Edition and had to upgrade? If you haven't already paid or registered, and if you are sure you don't need Deluxe, you can use the "Clear and Start Over" feature to choose Free Edition, but depending on the complexity of your return you may not be able to use regular Free Edition. If you need to itemize deductions, for instance, or have one of the Schedules 1-3, etc., you won't be able to use it. See this FAQ on some situations where one cannot use Free Edition:

If you have a very simple return, don't need Schedules 1-3, and are sure you don't otherwise need Deluxe, here's how to start over and choose regular Free Edition:

The other free product (TurboTax IRS Free File Program) is fully-featured and can prepare all the usual forms and schedules. It is even more powerful than Deluxe, if you qualify. For example, in addition to Schedules 1-3 it can prepare Schedule C, D, E, F, etc., and enter K-1. But one has to meet one of the qualifications to use. See below:
To qualify for free 2020 federal and state tax returns through the IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax, you just need to meet one of these requirements:
If you meet one of those qualifications and want to use it, it is at this special website
but see these 2 FAQs first, including how to switch without starting over:

There are also other free file options that may have different requirements at the IRS website:

See the info I left you above about the 2 free products. I don't know what you ultimately want, so I'll also tell you about a third option, which is currently free but only for a limited time (filed by March 27).
The third option is to use Live Basic, if you want the help and review by a CPA/EA tax expert. Live Basic is essentially Free Edition plus the LIVE feature. Live Basic is currently free--IF filed by March 27. If filed after that, the fee would be $80.
Live Basic is only for very simple returns and has the same limitations I described above for the Free Edition. Certain forms are not available in Live Basic, in which case it would require an upgrade to Deluxe (or higher,) such as one of Schedules 1-3, itemized deductions, education credits, student loan interest, retirement savers credit, Child and Dependent Care credit, etc.
