Here are some of the eligibility requirements to qualify for File Now, Pay Later:

• Your federal tax balance is $200 to $6,000. 
• Your physical address is located in the United States
• Your physical address is listed on your tax return
• Your address isn't located in a US territory, a PO box or a prison address
• You are 18 years of age or older
• Your tax return filed is not on behalf of a deceased person
• Primary tax filer must have a Social Security number
• You are e-filing your federal tax return with TurboTax.

If you meet those requirements, TurboTax should give you the option.
