I have MAC desktop Premier version of TurboTax.
The live agent I was working with sent me some messages. But when I click on that link, I don't see any messages or any tab to read messages. Please let me know what I am missing. Thank you.

If you were working with a TurboTax Live phone agent, you would normally receive an email message after the call.
See if you have Notifications by clicking the bell icon on the top menu.
If you have Full Service, you should be able to get to the message from your Tax Expert by logging into your TurboTax account and clicking the red box that says "EXPERT HELP" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Next, in the window that appears, look for "my contact history" and click on it. In the message(s) that appear, click on them and you should see the message you are looking for.
