If you need to update your financial institution login, you will need to contact your financial institution.
Contacting my financial institution will not help; they can't update my information in Turbo Tax. IRAs belong to individuals and each individual has to have a separate logon. How do you update your financial institution logon in Turbo Tax so the remainder of your tax documents that belong to the spouse can be imported?
Please see the TurboTax FAQ below, for assistance updating your financial information and importing your forms:

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact Customer Support so you can speak with a TurboTax representative who can assist you.
If you already have online account access you will have to go to your financial institution's website and update your logon information there. If you don't already have online account access you will need to go to your financial institution's website and sign up for online account access. In either case, once you have your user name and password for your financial institution you can go back to TurboTax and enter your user name and password at the import section of your return and TurboTax will import all of the forms for that financial institution. You will have to do this for each financial institution that has issued a 1099 form.
