How should I enter the sales tax rate using decimal or percentage?

When using the sales tax estimator, it asks Sales tax rate. If is 10%, should I enter 10 or 0.1? I can see it change the refund estimate. Thank you

You want to enter it as a whole number- so 10% would be entered as "10".
