After importing my 1099-B from Morgan Stanley, I noticed that out of 22 pages, 1-2 pages of transactions are completely missing. The import also split these transactions across three different Morgan Stanley sessions, fields, or whatever each separate bank import would be called.
Consequently it is extremely difficult to confirm which transactions were missed in the import without being able to search for individual transactions. Surely there is some ability to simply search for a unique number that would correspond to say the proceeds from an individual transaction?

To fix this, you should delete your Form 1099-B and re-import it again. You can also enter your form manually.
To delete your Form 1099-B:
To import it again:
If you want to enter it manually, follow the steps above and select Skip Import, then follow the remaining screens to manually add your 1099-B data.
If I delete and re-import how do I keep the adjusted cost basis figures for all the transactions I've already had to manually edit (~190 transactions)?
It's possible, but the only other option you have is to manually enter what is missing.
