How on earth to reach a tax expert on TurboTax? I tried many times in business hours and they said to call back in 10 minutes, but never called back. My number is right.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

The 2021 ONLINE program is closed so getting expert help with that program is no longer available ... all you can do is call Tech Support as mentioned already OR post your question here and we will try to help.
