How go I start a second return with TurboTax premier online?

Because I still have Win 10, I could not run the desktop version I purchased, so the software forced me to use the online version. Now I cannot find how to start a second return, even though I paid for the ability to do 5 returns.

Sorry----with online you get one return per fee---switching from the desktop software to online did not give you five federal e-files--it gave you ONE federal e-file and one state e-file.   Any additional returns you need to prepare using online are at the current online software fees unless you have a very simple one that you can use the Free Edition for.

You can use the same email address for 5 accounts and returns.
You can start another return in TurboTax Online by:
Logging out if you are in your account
Choose what TurboTax Online product you want to use for the second return

Set up a new login for the second return
Start working on the new return
