How get by no state ID for Federal file by mail.  No refund/payment due.  State ID has no expiration date.  Not accepting.

If your state issued identification does not have an Expiration Date, verify the Expiration Date Format Box selection reads --Select--, then you will not be required to enter anything into the Expiration date field.

I did that but the online software will not allow me to continue without an expiration date.
