How exactly did you determine I was self employed to charge me $90, when my return was the same as last year's, when I was NOT self-employed?

It did the same for me and I'm not happy at all. I called a customer service rep in because I have already filed they supposedly cannot credit me any money. I have always used deluxe and It didn't even allow me to use that option.
