How enter data into worksheet 1, Column C of Form 8582 for Prior Years' unallowed Losses?

Direct entries on Form 8582 and its worksheets is not allowed. Any carryovers to 2018 are entered in the activity itself. There is a section for that in Step-by-Step when you Edit it/them.
