How do you start a second return on Turbotax Online Deluxe? Where is the menu with that op

A TurboTax Online account can only be used for one tax return. To start another return you have to use a different account. If you do not already have another account, create a new account. You can have up to 5 accounts with the same email address.

With the TurboTax Desktop software you can prepare multiple tax returns with one copy of the software.

Online is only good for 1 return per account.  Don’t use your account or you will overwrite your return and it will be gone.  And you have to pay for each account separately so it might get expensive.

You can start another return in TurboTax Online by:

1. Logging out if you are in your account
2. Choose what TurboTax Online product you want to use for the second return
3. Create your account screen
4. Set up a new login for the second return
5. Start working on the new return
