How do you get passed the upgrade page to continue to file? There is no other option but to upgrade and i already had to delete everything and start over to avoid it.

Every time I start TurboTax it wants to upgrade, I assume to check for any policy changes, programming errors, etc., but there isn't a cost, so I let it upgrade. I'm not sure if it is possible to refuse all upgrading.

I want to finish off my tax payment so it tells me i have to pay 0$ but when i want to continue it says payments error what can i do ?
