in the deductions and credits section 

under Medical

the should be a question about being covered under the Affordable Care Act - that's the 1095-A area. 

that should take you to a question about receivaing unemployment compensation after that there should be a screen where you enter the 1095-A info

then on another screen you should come to a question about being self-employed that should be checked

then the next screen you link it to your schedule c and indicate what was the starting and ending months for being covered under the ACA (Obamacare)
