How do you add a dependent? On on the info screen of my profile and there is no option to add dependents

After you click on My Info, scroll down to Your household.   There will be an Add another dependent button under that section.  

How do I add or remove a dependent?

If you are using the desktop software, click on You and Your Family after clicking on Personal Info to see your summary.   You can add dependents from the summary screen.

You should be able to add dependents at the beginning, where it says "profile," and you will see a BLUE button where it says "add dependents," and you should be able to add them. You can always go to the form edition by pulling down the menu under file (left-hand corner).
