How do I update printed 2021 returns that's not filed

very frustrating. trying to update and reprint 2021 state returns that were printed but not filed/mailed.

please help.

That article relates to the current tax year.

TurboTax Online software for the previous year is no longer available.  If you need to continue working on your 2021 state return, you will need to purchase the CD/Download software for tax year 2021.  You can do that here:  https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

In addition, TurboTax State isn't sold as a standalone product, so you will need to re-create your federal return in the TurboTax software without filing it so you can prepare and file your state return using TurboTax.  Reference:  Can I prepare and file just my state return using TurboTax?
