You have to wait.  The 2020 Online version won't open until early December.   Keep checking back.  Start an Online return here,

Online TurboTax for 2020 returns is not yet open.  Check back in early December.  If you want to use desktop software (CD/download)

If you qualify  AND   if you wait until mid January  THEN you can use one of  the IRS FREE FILE options to file a fed & state return for free ... but you must be patient.    https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
