When you use online TurboTax software you get one return per fee.
Each return needs its own email, account and user ID. If you use the same account and user ID for a second return, the second one overwrites the first return and it is lost forever.

Using the TurboTax online editions they are only for one tax return per account and User ID. For another online tax return you would need to create a new account with a new User ID and a new email address.

During the create new account I can't use my license code because it's tied to the original account. This is ridiculous.
@Beachbenns Creating a new TurboTax online account does not require a license code. That code is only needed when installing the TurboTax software on a personal computer.
Understood. After I create the new account how do I start a new return? There seems to be no way to utilize the desktop software i purchased which allows for 5 returns. Because I don't have windows 11, it sent me to the online version which only allowed me to do 1 return. There's something I'm missing here.
