How do I specify that I had 2 different health insurances for 2017?

It doesn't matter what kind you had unless you were covered under a Marketplace plan. On the initial screen, just indicate the number of months you had insurance. If you got a 1095-A, then enter the form into the program. If the other insurance was through work, you don't need to indicate that on your return.
