How do I skip the bank import? I have no tax info to import from bank

Not sure where you are in the program but there is always an option to skip the  import and manually enter the information.

What are you trying to enter?  Do you have any interest or dividends or get a 1099 for something?  What screen are you on?

Don't enter the bank or broker name and don't try to import it.  It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it.  At the bottom pick -  Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself
