How do I sign and date accepted e-file tax returns for2024?

First Turb Tax sent me a message that the Feds had accepted my return even though or dated. A couple of hours later I got an email from Turbo Tax saying my return was not file, and directing me to log into TT and choose Finish and File. I have looked all over and I can't find Finish and File/ Where is it? I assume I am going to have the same problem with New Jersey. Help. I didnt DL any TT software this year but I was not prompted to.
