How do I save this until I can pay Filing fees with my Turbo Tax Refund ?

Just click on Sign Out at the lower left of the screen.  Just remember your user ID and password so you can return to your account at a later date.  Using the online editions your tax data is saved as it is entered.

The program automatically saves your return periodically.  You will also be prompted to save before your sign out.
