When you use online TurboTax your information is autosaved. You just have to remember your own account and user ID so you can come back to it.

If you have to keep starting over then you must not be logging into the right account. Click on Add a State to get back into your return.

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
