How do I roll a 2018 Georgia refund to my 2019 taxes as a credit? Where do i enter it in the program?

I have a $500 2017 Georgia refund that I rolled over to 2018. I now want to roll it over to 2019. Where in the online program do I enter that? I found the federal box, but I can't find where I enter a STATE refund rollover.
